Arsenal are set to sign Brentford goalkeeper as David Raya is on his to North London with an agreement now in place between both clubs for a deal.
The North London giants have spent the last couple of days trying to force through a move for the 27-year-old Spain international.
Meanwhile, A £23 million offer was made last week which was short of Brentford’s asking price, but the Gunners now appear to have reached a compromise with the Bees in a final deal worth around £30 million pounds.
However, Raya’s ability with the ball at his feet has really hit the bulls eye, whilst he is also a strong shot-stopper – having been one of the notable performers in the Premier League last season.
Therefore, Raya will now contend for a starting shirt with current number one Aaron Ramsdale at Arsenal.
