
Afeez Agoro Oladimeji (13 December 1975 – 14 June 2023) was a well-known figure in the Nigerian film industry and often referred to as the country’s tallest man, has passed away.
Meanwhile, He has been recognised as the tallest man in Nigeria. At 2.25 metres (7 ft 5 in), he stood shorter than his 2.41 metres (7 ft 11 in) compatriot, Abiodun Adegoke, who is likely the tallest man in Nigeria.
Afeez Agoro Oladimeji has been confirmed that preparations for his burial have commenced at his residence on Community Road in Akoka.
Segun Adesanya, the chairman of the Akoka Community Development Association (CDA), has affirmed the news of Agoro’s passing.
He expressed sadness over the loss of such a promising young man and wished for his soul to rest in peace.
Gathered that, Yesterday, Agoro was urgently taken to the hospital due to complications he experienced.
Late Agoro had expressed gratitude for a successful hip replacement operation he had and also mentioned the upcoming therapy.
Throughout his hip recovery process, Agoro was under the care of his personal doctor, Dr. Dike.
He left a lasting impression on the Akoka/Bariga community, where residents have begun sharing their condolences.
